E: Thank you. Now, I’m going to give you a topic and I’d like you to talk about it for one or two minutes. Before you talk, you have one minute to think about what you are going to say. You can make some notes if you wish. Do you understand?
S: Yes.

E: OK. So, I’d like you to describe an intelligent person you know. Alright, remember, you have one to two minutes for this. So, don’t worry if I stop you. I will tell you when the time is up. … Can you start speaking now, please?
S: Yes. The person I’m going to talk about… that I think is very intelligent is my mom. And she is a nurse and she…has been a nurse since …10 years ago maybe. And the reason why I think she’s very intelligent because she really experienced her life a lot. And also, she’s very hard-working and she always tell me some very intelligent advice when I’m seeking for some suggestions. For example, once I failed about an exam, and she will told me, she would always tell me that it’s okay, you can learn from the failure. So, I always think that she’s a very intelligent person, and… I really feel very admired of her because… she can always maintain her own peace, and also her own speed. She doesn’t really compare to anybody but only want to challenge herself to make better movement, and also do, does better, about her own job. So I think that’s a very intelligent movements, and that’s all I want to talk.

E: Thank you. Thank you. Do you know many intelligent people?
S: I think there are always some intelligent people around me and also in my life.
